The challenge: clinical education for HCPs in a regulated environment

Dexcom Deep Dive is a custom-built webinar platform developed for Dexcom Canada in collaboration with Agence UNIK, designed to support ongoing clinical education for healthcare professionals. Running a recurring education programme for HCPs means scheduling, registration, reminders, and follow-up have to work reliably every time, with records that hold up in a regulated environment. Off-the-shelf webinar tools left too much of that to manual effort.

What we built: a webinar platform Dexcom Canada's team runs itself

Built on WordPress with a fully customized backend, internal teams can manage scheduling, registrations, and attendee communications from a single interface. Automated workflows through SendGrid handle email confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups, while SMS notifications improve attendance and engagement. Hosted on AWS for reliability and scalability, the platform supports both HCP engagement and operational efficiency within a regulated life sciences environment.
